We’re pleased to announce that our founder, Damali Peterman has joined the esteemed panel of mediators and arbitrators of JAMS in New York. 

Damali will continue to run Breakthrough ADR concurrently with her new position at JAMS.

Breakthrough ADR will continue to offer mediation services through her team. Damali and the Breakthrough ADR team will also continue to offer training, education and consulting services.
