Your ADR experience should include:

• Please list:
  • all training programs for mediators/trainers that you have attended 
  • description of each program 
  • the number of hours of each course
  • the year of the course
  • the entity that presented the course.
• Whether you have been certified as a mediator and provide details.
• If you are currently serving as a mediator, please identify the court or organization where you serve.
• Provide a reasonable estimate of the number of mediations for which you have served as mediator and a description of the type of mediation (e.g., community, commercial, etc.).

For paid cases, BREAKTHROUGHADR will contact only those mediators whose professional background, formal training, and ADR experience meet the current needs of our roster.
