4 Tips to Stay Conflict Free this Valentine’s Day

L – Let it go. If you are holding on to some negative energy for whatever reason, it’s OK to give your mind, body and spirit a break today (and longer if possible). 

 

O – Optimize your time. Don’t focus on what you did not and cannot do today. Devote your energy to what you CAN and WILL do with the time that you have. 

 

V – Visualize and manifest your own happiness. Another person’s love and/or gifts cannot make you happy. Those things can add to your happiness but should not be the source of it and certainly should not detract from it. Decide that you are going to be happy today and that NO ONE has enough power to take you from your happy place. 

E – Evolve.  Was there something that occurred in the past on this date that you do not want to happen again? Conversely, is there something that you enjoyed that you want to replicate? Incorporate those lessons learned and continue to grow.
